Police said a Dubuque woman’s 5-year-old child tested positive for cocaine. 34-year-old Chante Hightower-Burch of Dubuque was arrested at 9:18 p.m. Sunday at her residence on a charge of providing false identification and warrants charging failure to appear and two counts of child endangerment. Court documents state that a hair sample was collected from Hightower-Burch’s son and sent to a laboratory for testing in June 2023 after police found cocaine in the family’s apartment.
