On Sunday at12:47 AM A deputy responded to County O in Darlington Township for a traffic complaint. 19-year-old Wynston A. Palzkill of Belmont was arrested for Felony Eluding and Obstruction/Resisting an Officer. Palzkill was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked on his charges and remains. Palzkill was also cited for Absolute Sobriety and Reckless Driving.
