A garbage truck in Carbon County PA, recently had a rather strange hanger on…A BLACK BEAR! Photo’s surfaced on the Kidder Township Police Department’s Facebook page of a LARGE black bear riding on TOP of a Carbon County garbage truck…They’re not sure how the bear got up there but clearly he has an impressive vertical leap…As Yogi bear would say: “It’s a giant rolling pic-nic basket”!
