Darlington Man Arrested For 4th OWI

A man from Darlington is facing charges for his 4^th offense of OWI following a traffic stop in Mineral Point. According to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy performed a traffic stop on 36 year old Keith Black of Darlington at around 1:30am Monday near the intersection of Highway 23 and Branger Drive in Mineral Point. As a result, Black was arrested for his 4^th OWI. He was taken to the Iowa County Jail, booked on his charges, and was later released.
