Friday, April 17th
Schools
- Argyle Schools will be dismissed at 2:30 pm
- Barneveld Schools will be dismissed at 1 pm
- Belleville Schools will be dismissed at 2 pm
- Black Hawk will be dismissed at 2:30pm
- Highland Schools closing at 1 pm
- Mineral Point will be dismissed at 1:30pm.
- Richland Center Schools closing 2.5 hours early
- River Ridge will be dismissed at 2:30pm. There are no after-school activities.
Cancellations/Postponements
- Dodgeville schools cancelled all after school activities
- Dubuque Regional Humane Society closing at 4 pm
- Fennimore baseball and the softball game at Cuba City have been canceled due to the weather. The baseball game at Fennimore has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 30th, at 4:30 PM. The softball game has not been rescheduled yet.
- Lakes Mills Area School District all athletic practices and athletic events are canceled. The after-school program at Lake Mills Elementary School will close at 4:30 p.m. The high school play, 𝘓𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘭𝘥 𝘓𝘢𝘤𝘦, will now begin at 8:00 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m.
- Mt. Horeb Schools all evening activities cancelled.
- Platteville Golf & Country Club closed for the rest of the day
- Platteville Public Library is closed for the rest of Friday
- Platteville Thrift Shop closed for the rest of the day
- Potosi/Cassville softball games cancelled. Make up dates TBD.
- River Ridge vs Monticello/Albany V/JV baseball games scheduled for today have been rescheduled to May 21st.
