A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to Highway 11 in Shullsburg at around 2:45am Saturday for a vehicle in a ditch. As a result, 21 year old Reynaldo Toledo-Mancilla of Belmont was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License and Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control. Toledo-Mancilla was later released to a responsible party. Shullsburg Police Department assisted at the scene.
