A suspected La Crosse drug dealer is in jail after an investigation by the La Crosse and Prairie du Chien Police Departments, along with area sheriff’s offices. Prairie du Chien Police were actively investigating a local drug dealer when they learned the dealer was going to La Crosse to purchase a large amount of meth from a supplier. Due to prior investigations, law enforcement determined the supplier was 30-year-old Sandy Xiong of La Crosse. Police followed Xiong on Monday to a south side La Crosse business where she sold meth to a Prairie du Chien drug dealer. At the time of her arrest, Xiong had 116 grams of the drug. A search warrant was granted and police found another 212 grams of meth at Xiong’s residence. The total 328 grams of meth is worth an estimated $91-hundred dollars. Xiong faces charges of possession with intent to deliver meth and a probation hold. Also, 38-year-old Zachary Pupp was arrested at Xiong’s residence and faces similar drug charges. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
