No one was injured in a two vehicle crash near Hazel Green on Wednesday night. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Department, around 7:15pm, 28 year old Emily Allbee of Hazel Green was traveling south on Highway 11/80 when she lost control of her vehicle on the snow covered and slippery road. Allbee’s vehicle spun out and struck a truck driven by 63 year old James Kaiser of Hazel Green, who was going north on Highway 11/80. Allbee’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be removed. Kaiser’s vehicle sustained moderate damage and was removed by the owner. The highway was shut down for a short period of time. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Hazel Green Police Department, Hazel Green Fire Department and Hazel Green EMS.
