Officials at two Dubuque colleges and one in southwest Wisconsin have said they will suspend on-campus classes over the coming weeks. The latest reports show the University of Dubuque has extended its spring break an extra week. Classes at UD are set to resume on March 23rd. At Clarke University, they go on spring break next week and then will go to online instruction from March 23rd thru April 5th. UW-Platteville will have on-campus, face-to-face classes as normal now until March 20th. Then, following spring break, UWP will suspend face-to-face instruction from March 30th thru April 13th. Officials at Loras College and Southwest Tech have told students and staff they’ll continue to have on-campus, face-to-face classes as normal at this time. All five of these schools have created a space on their website that includes the latest updates about how the coronavirus is impacting activities at the respective campuses.
