City Staff in Lancaster is implementing best practices to provide needed services and reduce potential exposure to COVID-19, Influenza, and common viruses. City Hall will remain open during normal hours, but to reduce the risk of exposure by coming to City Hall, they encourage online payment options, calling to make payments over the phone through the Payment Service Network at 1-877-885-7968, or to use the outdoor payment drop-off at City Hall on South Madison Street. Common area disinfection is being increased. This includes such things as touch areas including hand rails, tables, chairs, and door knobs. During the spring election, the City of Lancaster will be providing hand sanitizer stations at both the entrance and exit of the polling station. You can request an absentee ballot by mail by going online at myvote.wi.gov. City Hall room reservations will be limited. If the City needs to cancel any existing reservations, they will contact the group or individual. Refunds will be issued.
