Kathy Kopp, who recently retired as Executive Director of the Platteville Regional Chamber of Commerce, has announced plans to run for the Platteville City Council. Kopp spent over 25 years serving as the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce before handing over the position to Wayne Wodarz in February. Kopp will be running for an at-large seat on the Platteville City Council as a write-in candidate. The election will be held April 7th.
