Jim & Katie Digangi of Darlington Ridge Farms in Lafayette County started dumping milk this week in response to market conditions regarding the impact of the COVID-19 situation. They milk 2700 head 3x per day. I talked with them Thursday, April 2nd that issue along with their health and the health of their employees.
