Two people from Richland Center have been arrested on drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant at an apartment in Richland Center. Officers with the Richland Center Police Department and the Richland-Iowa-Grant Drug Task Force reported finding heroin, meth and various items of drug paraphernalia. Authorities arrested 26-year-old Harry Hale and 25-year-old Rebecca Dailey. Both are facing charges for possession of meth, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The case has been sent to the Richland County DA’s Office for prosecution.
