One person was injured after a vehicle struck a bridge in Lafayette County Monday just before 11am. Darlington Fire and Green County EMS-Darlington responded to Furnace Hill Road in Willow Springs Township for a one vehicle accident. 26 year old Eric Stauffacher of Darlington was traveling south on Furnace Hill Road when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a bridge. Minor injuries were reported, with one person being taken to a hospital. Severe damage was reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
