The Wisconsin Assembly has passed a COVID-19 relief bill. The package passed on a near-unanimous vote and clears the way for the state to spend more than two billion dollars from the federal stimulus bill approved by Congress last month. About half the members participated via video conference, and the Senate takes up the bill in a similar fashion today (Wed).
