Wednesday Morning COVID 19 Update

Iowa health officials reported 189 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, including one more case in Jones County. The statewide total of confirmed infections now stands at 1,899. Six more deaths were reported, including a Clayton County resident over the age of 80. Iowa’s death toll is now at 49. In Wisconsin, 127 new cases of COVID-19 were announced Tuesday. That includes two new infections in Grant County. Sixteen more deaths were reported in Wisconsin. The statewide death toll now is 170. In Illinois, 1,222 new cases were reported Tuesday. The statewide total now stands at 23,247. The death toll is 868.
