Even though Wisconsin is testing many more people for COVID-19, the number of positive test results isn’t growing. Officials with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services say the number of new cases is flat. Two-hundred-80 new cases were found Sunday, but that’s the lowest number in a week. More than three-thousand people tested negative. State health officials say Wisconsin has had more than two-thousand people test negative for the virus every day for the past two weeks.
