A Platteville man was arrested Saturday Night after authorities responded to Mitchell Hollow Road in Belmont Township for a welfare check. 34 year old Matthew J. Richardson was charged with disorderly conduct, driving while suspended, no insurance and allowing a passenger to have open intoxicants. Matthew J. Richardson was taken to the Lafayette County Jail at Darlington and released on a cash bond. His passenger-27 year old Ashley Cartmill-Kotz of Platteville was charged with having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
