A series of thunderstorms swept through southern Wisconsin Tuesday night. Nearly 20 thousand Alliant Energy customers were without power, more than half in Columbia, Dodge and Sauk counties. Crews worked to clear a total of 57 incidents where trees were knocked to the ground and blocked roadways, toppled onto homes and downed power lines in Columbia County.
