A rural Boscobel man is facing multiple charges following a domestic dispute report. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a home in Cozy Acres Trailer Park in Marion Township about 9am on June 6. Upon arrival, 22-year-old Lucas Noble refused to comply with authorities. As officials attempted to take Noble into custody, he physically resisted which led to an officer using pepper spray to assist in detaining Noble. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Department, both Noble and a female victim were treated by Boscobel EMS staff. Further investigation by law enforcement resulted in Noble being arrested for strangulation, two counts of battery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
