One Vehicle Accident in Jo Daviess County

A 24 year old man from Scales Mound was injured in a one-vehicle crash just after 7pm Tuesday. The Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Department responded to East Stagecoach Trail in rural Apple River. Christopher Ranberg was traveling east on East Stagecoach Trail when his vehicle veered off the road, overcorrected multiple times, entered a cornfield and overturned. Ranberg was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to Monroe Clinic Hospital by the Warren Ambulance Service for medical treatment.
