A Bagley man, who was in a motorcycle accident earlier this month, has died from injuries sustained in the crash. According to reports, 54-year-old Craig Homuth passed away Tuesday at UW Hospital in Madison. He crashed his motorcycle about 9:30pm June 12th while driving on County Highway P in Wyalusing Township. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office says that Homuth failed to negotiate a corner and lost control of his motorcycle. He was thrown from the bike while it rolled and flipped over a fence. The motorcycle came to rest 75 yards from the roadway. Homuth was not wearing a helmet. He was initially taken to Crossing Rivers Health in Prairie du Chien and later air-lifted to UW Hospital in Madison – where he was pronounced dead on Tuesday of this week.
