Officials in Cuba City say the municipal building will be closed now thru Sunday. According to a Cuba City Police Department notice, due to a recent uptick in area Covid-19 cases – city hall staff will undergo testing. This includes the entire Cuba City Police Department, as well as city hall and library staff. Officials say this pro-active approach is for the health and safety of residents and employees. The re-opening of the police department, city hall and library will be based on when test results are available. While the facility is closed, the entire municipal building will be sanitized. Also, during this closure, the Grant and Lafayette County Sheriff Departments will be responding to Cuba City emergency calls.
