Domestic Dispute Leads To Arrest in Lafayette County

Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to County Highway Y in Wiota Township for a domestic dispute at around 5pm Tuesday. 37 year old Alton Bellows of Monroe was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, Felony Bail Jumping, Criminal Damage to Property, and Battery. Bellows was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
