Darlington Man Get 3rd OWI After Altercation Monday

A 44-year-old Darlington man has been arrested for drunk driving after an altercation at a business Monday evening. According to a Darlington Police report, officers were called around 7:20pm for an incident that happened at a business on Wells Street. Authorities arrested Michael Ware on charges of 3^rd-offense OWI and disorderly conduct. He was also cited for operating without a valid license and non-registration of his vehicle. The Lafayette County sheriff’s office assisted at the scene. Ware remains jailed on a previous warrant out of Lafayette County.
