As of now, Cuba City High School will have football and volleyball in the spring. At a special school board meeting Tuesday, the board did not take any action on a resolution to keep all WIAA sports in their usual seasons. School board member Don Schroeder made a motion that would have put the football and volleyball seasons back to this fall. However, no other board member seconded his motion. Just a week ago, the Cuba City School Board voted to adjust the high school sports calendar. That motion passed unanimously to keep cross country and girls’ golf in the fall, while moving football and volleyball to the spring.
