A man from Dubuque was arrested on meth related charges after police say he threw two baggies of methamphetamine into the Mississippi River as police were pulling him over. 39 year old Jason Woods was arrested Wednesday on the Dubuque-Wisconsin Bridge. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
