Linden Man Arrested For OWI in Madison

A man from Linden was arrested on suspicion of his sixth offense of OWI Tuesday following a crash on Mineral Point Road in Madison. According to an incident report, 43 year old Billy Conner was going south on Mineral Point Road when he attempted to turn left on Junction Road. Police say Conner turned into the path of a car heading north and caused a collision. Conner was treated for a head injury at a hospital. He was then taken to the Dane County Jail.
