Iowa County authorities arrested a man from Reedsburg Saturday just after 3:30pm after receiving a report of a suspicious person at an address on Front Street in Avoca. As a result, 26 year old Neil Connors was arrested for his 2nd offense of OWI, Operating while revoked, and Carrying a handgun where alcoholic beverages may be sold and consumed. Connors was taken to the Iowa County Jail and was later released after posting bond.
