A South Wayne man was arrested on suspicion of 4th-offense OWI on Tuesday night. According to a release, Green County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a car traveling west in the eastbound lanes of Highway 11 in the Town of Monroe around 6:30p. The release said deputies conducted a traffic stop and the driver was identified as 48-year-old Todd Morgan. Authorities cited Morgan for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
