Argyle Man Charged With 5th Offense Of OWI

A man from Argyle has been arrested for his 5^th offense of OWI. Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s Department responded to an SUV vs tractor crash on Puddledock Road in the Town of Adams Tuesday around 6:30pm.  The driver of the SUV, 60 year old Randy Hendrickson of Argyle had fled the scene after colliding with a tractor driven by 16 year old Blake McNett of Argyle. Neither driver was injured, but Hendrickson was later located at his residence. He was arrested for Operating While Impaired-5th Offense and cited for Failure to Notify Police of an accident and Hit and Run. Hendrickson was taken to the Green County Jail and held pending an initial court appearance.
