Students in the River Ridge, Illinois school district in Jo Daviess County will temporarily transition to remote learning due to a lack of substitutes. River Ridge schools announced that starting today (Thursday) students would return to remote learning through Friday, November 13th. That is due to the lack of qualified substitutes in the classroom due to COVID-19 cases and quarantine rules. Plans call for in-person learning to resume on Monday, November 16th.
