A Chicago-area motorcyclist has received multiple citations following a single-vehicle crash in Jo Daviess County. According to a sheriff’s office report, 31-year-old Maradona Niravong of North Aurora was driving a motorcycle in rural Elizabeth Saturday afternoon. Authorities say that Niravong lost control of the motorcycle on some loose gravel. Niravong was taken to a Freeport hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s report says Niravong has been cited with failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, violation of driver’s license classification, and operating an uninsured vehicle.
