A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to Main Street in Darlington Monday night around 8:30pm to assist the Darlington Police Department with an intoxicated person. 28 year old Jerod Sandlin of Darlington was arrested on a valid Probation and Parole violation. Sandlin was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
