Tuesday night’s winter storm dumped up to 11.5 inches of snow on portions of the tri-state area. The storm dropped 7.4 inches of snow on Dubuque, according the National Weather Service. The weather service reported snowfall totals ranging from 4 inches in Elkader, Iowa, and Prairie du Chien to 11.5 inches in Maquoketa, Iowa. Other snowfall totals include Winslow, Illinois with 11 inches, Lena, Illinois with10 inches. 5.5 inches in Dodgeville and 5 inches in both Mineral Point and Platteville.
