Man From Mineral Point Arrested On Several Charges

Officials with the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department received a traffic complaint on Highway 151 near County Road Y in the Township of Mineral Point Saturday night around 8:45pm. Iowa County Deputies, Mineral Point Police and Mineral Point EMS responded to the scene. As a result, 22 year old Juan Navarro Lopez of Mineral Point was arrested for his 2nd offense of OWI, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of THC and Operating after Revocation. Navarro Lopez was taken to the Iowa County Jail, booked on his charges and remains in custody.
