A 10 year old boy from Stillwater Minnesota was recently apprehended by police when he was caught driving his family’s minivan to the store for some Cheerios! According to the Pioneer Press newspaper, an officer on duty spotted the youngster behind the wheel and did a double take. He then pursued the youth with his lights and siren activated and the boy SPED OFF! The cop decided to turn off his lights, and siren and stop pursuit in the interest of public safety. He slowly followed the boy for several blocks before finally seeing him roll in REVERSE through an intersection, where the boy hit an embankment and narrowly missed a tree. That’s when the officer used his squad car to trap the minivan, and he was finally able to apprehend the boy. CRAZY story, but thankfully no one was injured and YES, the boy did get his Cheerios with a slice of GROUNDED FOR LIFE out of the toaster!
