A rural Fennimore man is facing multiple charges after investigators with the Richland-Iowa-Grant Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at his home. According to a release from the task force, 41-year-old Jeremy Koppen was arrested last week at his residence in Preston. Authorities say charges against Koppen include two counts of delivery of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth, possession of heroin, maintaining a drug trafficking place, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a short-barreled shotgun, and receiving stolen property. Deputies say Koppen has five prior convictions related to the possession or distribution of meth. According to the Drug Task Force release, Koppen is under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
