Because of rain Wednesday, the Highway 23 construction project in downtown Darlington has a revised schedule for paving. Today, paving is being done until 7pm from the Harriet Street intersection to Ann Street. Side streets that will be closed are Louisa, Cornelia, Catherine, and Harriet. Side streets that are open are Alice and Ann Streets.
Tomorrow, paving will be from 6am to noon from Casey’s General Store thru the Ann Street intersection. Side Streets that will be closed are Alice and Ann Streets. Side Streets that will be closed will be Louisa and Catherine Streets.
