Friday afternoon, the Fennimore Police Department responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Jackson Street in Fennimore for a disturbance. As a result of an investigation, 31 year old Jeremy Kvamme of Fennimore, was arrested and charged with one count of Strangulation and Suffocation, one count of Misdemeanor Battery, two counts of Felony Bail Jumping and four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping. Kvamme was charged as a repeater on all counts which increases the maximum term of imprisonment. The Fennimore Police Department was assisted by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.
