MADISON, Wis. — It didn’t take long for Chez Mellusi to realize Wisconsin was where he wanted to be. In fact it took the former Clemson running back less than 6 hours to commit to Paul Chryst after his visit to Madison on June 1.
Now 6 practices in, Mellusi feels right at home at Camp Randall.

“I feel like this place was a good fit for me”, he said after practice on Tuesday. And Mellusi hopes to live up to the standard set by the Badger running backs before him, while wearing the number of a former UW great.
“6 was kind of open and I just was like, ‘I’m going to take 6’, and another great running back had had that already, so I was like, ‘why not keep it going?”
