Highway 11 Road Closure Information

Highway 11 from the Village of Hazel Green to the intersection with Highway 35, near the weigh station scales is closed. The only traffic that should be accessing that portion of the highway is local/thru traffic only. The road construction work being done will make the road impassable in many locations as they work to re-surface the roadway along with repair of bridges. The detour route is Highway 80 to Highway 151. Do not attempt to access Highway 11 from any Township Roads along the route, such as Louisburg Road to Park Lane as the road will still be closed once you get to the end of Park Lane.  The project is expected to be completed in November. As always, fines double in construction zones, so plan accordingly and allow extra time to get to your destination.
