Two Hurt In Motorcycle Crash

Two people from southwest Wisconsin were hurt when their motorcycles collided near Fennimore Saturday afternoon. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office reports that emergency crews were called to Highway 61 and McGhan Road around 3:30 Saturday. According to deputies, 55-year-old Rebecca Rupp was traveling south on the highway with a motorcycle group. Rupp slowed to turn onto McGhan Road when her motorcycle was struck from behind by another motorcycle. That vehicle was being operated by 69-year-old Dallas Mayne of Cassville. Rupp and Mayne were injured in the crash and both were taken to Grant Regional Health Center. The crash is under investigation.
