A man from Benton was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Friday in a road construction zone. At around 8:15pm, 59 year old Dean Bobisud was traveling south on Highway 80 near the intersection of Highway 11 on his motorcycle where there is road construction taking place. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Department, Bobisud lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. Bobisud was taken to Mercy One-Dubuque Medical Center for life threatening injuries by Hazel Green EMS. The crash remains under investigation.
