Inclusive Playground Meeting

Members of the Platteville and surrounding communities are reminded there’s an informational meeting this week regarding a new playground project. The goal of the Platteville Inclusive Playground Project is to create a safe space for families where people of all abilities can enjoy time together. According to a social media update, the curators of this project have worked with the school district’s occupational therapy, speech, and special education staff to ensure the needs of each student is being represented in this project. The informational meeting will be 6p Thursday inside the Broske Center at Legion Park.
