Lancaster Man Arrested After Violating Absolute Sobriety

A man from Lancaster was arrested after he was involved in a one-vehicle crash on Saturday. 20 year old Clay McCartney was traveling on Boice Creek Road when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree. McCartney had minor injuries and his car was damaged heavily. After an investigation, McCartney was placed under arrest for Violation of Absolute Sobriety. Speed and alcohol were determined to be factors in the crash. The vehicle was removed by Arrow Towing of Lancaster.
