Officials report 9 cases of measles among Afghan refugees at Fort McCoy. But a spokesman says none of the cases are active. The first measles cases were confirmed at the Army base in western Wisconsin last week. Everyone who’s been diagnosed with the measles is being kept in quarantine. Doctors say nearly 97-percent of the nearly 13-thousand Afghans are vaccinated for the measles and COVID-19.
