Badger Hockey ready for opener against Michigan Tech

MADISON, Wis. — Badger Men’s Hockey opens its season against Michigan Tech on Friday, and the team is ready to roll.

Despite losing a lot of firepower, the team returns a key player in goalie Cameron Rowe.

Rowe went 9-2-1 in his freshman year and is feeling even more comfortable heading into this season.

“I know what I can do, I know what the team can do,” Rowe said. “I know what our systems are, I know how the team should work.”

Puck drop for Friday’s season opener is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Kohl Center.
