A 28-year-old Dubuque man was arrested in southwest Wisconsin Tuesday morning. According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called just before 10 a.m. for a welfare check in the Village of Belmont. Following an investigation, authorities arrested Anthony Williams on charges of domestic disorderly conduct. Williams was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he was later released on a cash bond.
