Lafayette County Deputies responded to Railroad Street in Argyle Saturday around 12:30am for a check welfare. As a result, 33 year old Markus Wallgren of Argyle was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Battery. Also, 31 year old Joseph Wallgren of Argyle was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and a valid Grant County warrant. Both men were taken to the Lafayette County Jail where they remain in custody. Argyle EMS assisted at the scene.
